mate this really sucks. All i can tell you is to move on. Just try to forget her...i know that it will be difficult but try to focus on other things. Time will fix everything.
LOVE is a strange old thing. Without meaning to be rude, I assume you are fairly young (by that I mean younger than my 37 years) and you have the majority of your life ahead of you. I fell in love...true love....whan about 18/19 (something like that). We spent great times together but parted after a few years. It broke my heart, couldnt eat or sleep for weeks and weeks. Time passes (slowly) and although it still hurts you, tend to just get on. I took up new interests to meet new people and to keep occupied. I met someone else about 6-8 months after but it didnt feel the same. I told her that I was still in love with my ex. She was cool about it and in time she warmed my heart and we are now married with kids. I stated earlier that my first love was true love...how do I know? Well, 15 years down the line I still swoon at the things she used to say, do, etc and that feeling will never fade. I love my wife, dont get me wrong, but its a different sort of love. So, rest assured, although now its a bit tough, focus on getting through the day, try to keep occupied with something. I would leave contact for a while maybe 3 months or so (that might sound nigh on impossible to you now but try to make it a goal). Love makes the heart grow fonder and if you really do love her get back to her and tell her in 3 months. If she still only wants you as a friend...THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO and you have to move on for your sake as well as hers. If you love her you will want her to be happy regardless of where she is or who she's with.
Well... thanks for so many replies and tips... also the kinda stupid ones lol.. well im 16 and shes almost 16 we go to the same school (high school in UK) and this is our last year in high school. Our last day in school will be on May someday and college will start in about September. We are going to two different colleges so i doubt il ever see her again... she even told me that we probably never see each other again... but they are going to two different colleges... and its given me a BIT of hope... but then today she told me on msn that she thinks i really should try to forget about and her cuz its never going to happen... that destroyed the little bit of hope i had left... My friend... you make it sound so easy and everything... i tried to stop talking to her already, after 2 days i couldnt take it anymore i had to talk to her... i doubt i'd last a week at most... this sucks man... i really dont know what to do... lol... although i think this might work (i dont really know why)... i couldnt do that... her friends are my friends as well and i couldnt mess about with them like that... it wouldnt be right... she is checking my friend only cuz she luvs him and he luvs her... i dont blame them... i mean its not his fault that the girl is so lovely.. thats the reason i fell for her in the first place ... and i dont blame her cuz his a really great guy... thats why im his friend in the first palce...
maybe u should try 1. turn OFF your computer 2. TALK TO HER !!! a lil bit of truth and self-confidence could help

i havent said one word to her face to face for 3 years eventhough i see her everyday in school... only the odd hi every now and again... like once a year... i speak to her on msn almost everydai and text her and call her... but not anymore i only talk to her on msn now. i think my mistake was that i never spoke to her... and now its hurting me cuz she found someone else...
