I don´t like it. I have been always an advanced PC user from loooong time ago and Microsoft always follows the same pattern: Makes a decent OS, then a terrible one, then a decent one, then a terrible one...

    Win98 - Good
    Win Millenium/2000 - Crap
    Win XP - Good
    Win Vista - Crap
    Win 7 - Good
Win 8 - What do you think?

Lets hope that Win 9 / Ultra / Mega / Super or whatever is called is better but for now I won't suffer the efects of "the pattern" ;)

Windows 8 is a little bit of a flop, but not calling it as bad as Windows Vista is a little harsh. At the moment I dual-boot with Windows 7/Windows 8 so I get the best of both. I'am a developer though so I need Windows 8 since I use things such as Visual Studio 2012 quite regularly.

I haven't used Windows as a main OS in 2 years. I've tried 8 and I don't care for it too much. When it comes to Windows, the only version I liked, and the best imo, is XP. Ever since Vista, Windows has gone downhill imo. Although 7 & 8 are a step up from Vista.

I prefer my good ol' OSX. :) I will never use a PC again unless absolutely necessary. :p I have Parallels Desktop on my iMac which currently has Windows XP installed. I'm thinking about running a VM of W8 as well.
