http://www.dirtmotorsports.com/ I found this site and love the "portal" look it offers. I own several sites myself and want to take one site and turn it into what dirtmotorsports.com is. I love the design, look, and feel of the site, and was curious on how when you scroll over the images they drop down into banners??? It looks pretty cool and I want to do it. Does anyone know how it is done? Thanks!
HTML, javascrtipt, flash, ASP.NET... Be prepared to answer how good are you at handling these before starting. Image dropping down into banners is done via CSS and moo.fx javascript effects. There you go
