can you actually remove the advertise on this site part? isnt that disobeying googles terms?

 

No it isn't, if it was they wouldn't let you turn it off

 

Try adding 468x15 link ad next to the menu links that you have on top

AND / OR

add Leaderboard (728 x 90) below the header image...(may make it look like too much of ads..)

 

you are currently using only 2 ad units. I'd say that you should try to maximize them. and use some near the footer also. There's a lot of blank space near the bottom of the page.

thanks! i added some links above my real links... how does that look? i felt like the other suggestions was a bit spammy.

 

I think you should also work on improving the site design a bit. Add some images etc. With a good design people will browse around and then click on some ad they might find interesting. I think people come to the site, and close it. What are the page views compared to visitors?
