Yeah, so that was two days ago and still no domain? Please push the domain to my account, it takes like 5 seconds to do - probably quicker than it takes to make the above post, and a lot quicker than 3 weeks!

 

Well I've still heard nothing from this guy, he sent me some files but they were not for the website he posted above! I think he has taken my money and done a runner, in fact I'm having doubts he even owned the website in the first place seeing as he can't send me any of it.

P.S. I have had to escalate my Paypal Resolution to a Claim as he never responded to the Resolution with a single reply.

 

It it hard to believe that happened, since he is selling many different sites, not just one website. If he just took your money and run then what the point to list so many sites at the beginning.

Talk about what, why all the delaying tactics? You know my email address, you know my namecheap username, why all the pointless posts putting things off? Just give me the domain, or email why you can't and/or give me my money back - how hard is that?

 

Why does KnowingMyDog.com look so much like DoggyTeachers.com? Is this site stolen from them? The reason why I ask is because on this page: http://www.knowingmydog.com/contact.php, it says "At DoggyTeachers.com our staff strives for excellence in customer service." That's how I came across that site only to find out things look very similar. Even things like the testimonials are the same.

iiswhois, no I didn't - he sent me some hokey files that were not from the website above, and I don't believe he actually owns the domain name in the first place - perhaps he made a mistake in posting it and is too embarrassed to admit it?

antzman1414, it's registered at namecheap. You already know my paypal email because I paid you, it's the same email I paid you with and the same email I contacted you from and the same email I PMd to you at least twice already. I mean , ffs, how many paypal disputes do you have open that you can't tell which one is mine?

 

And still nothing at all from this guy LOL, no PMs, no emails and no contacts via the Paypal claim (have you also misplaced your paypal account as well as this domain?)... though I see he has been on here today to have a look.

 

Astroman calm down, you are making this too big of a deal. You put a claim in with paypal and I use my paypal for many sites so I can't just pick you out of a hat. I sent you a refund, keep the sites files to make up for the big delay.

Just a side note, I have been a DP member for a while now and I own all of the sites I posted and am usually very quick with transactions its just this one mix up that I had from not being organized. I would not ruin my reputation over $70.

 

Calm down? How patronising. Well you did make me wait 3 weeks with no communication whatsoever other than sending me some files. What would you have done? What would anyone of DP have done after paying $70 and not getting what they paid for after 3 weeks, and not even getting a PM about it, or a response the the eventual Paypal resolution or any kind of explanation.?

Obviously I'm glad I've now got my money back, but I'm certainly not going to say thanks after 3 weeks of messing about trying to get you to respond all just to be right back where I started. Any sensible/professional person would have just said right away, "look, I'm sorry, but I can't get hold of thast site after all. I made a mistake" given a refund or offered an alternative, and that would be the end of it.
