FightVideosUK - they are run on wordpress, that would be up to you setting up that theme demo, although I'm sure it can be done easily since every other one seems to have it. As for traffic:

avatardemon - 65 uniques, 224 pageviews in the last month
demonthemes - 58 uniques, 106 pageviews in the last month

Monetizing would be up to you, although I'd recommend selling private ads on demonthemes and just sticking adsense on avatardemon.

Could you pm me more info on audio picker? Does it use a backend? Also, how is the search generated? (i.e. taken from google, yahoo, other?)

Yes there's a backend, just for managing ads and users really. Files are taken from all around the internet, it's great how it works, it's not just relying on one source. User registrations are just a feature of the website, you could add added incentives, but really, it's just a nice extra feature.

Well i am interested in buying sites - but i need pr sites in any niche whihc is not illegal.. If you have any please do lemme know.. I know people who sells sites usually have more sites for sale..

 

If you did any research into it, you'd see that we're both completely different people. I've actually never talked to the guy before either, he's obviously interested in the sites, but hasn't bought any. TwisterKing was bought via PM, and the other two on a different forum.

Edit: The UK in our names stands for United Kingdom, which is a very largely populated country.

The AudioPicker script is not custom, it's a purchased script that I bought. If there is a database (I can't remember, probably one for logins, it's on phpmyadmin ... just a sql db). You don't add/remove music, it's automatically searched for.

ChavJokes.com has been getting 20 - 30 uniques daily the last few days since it's ranking for chav jokes. $10 isn't close.

As for when the domains die, check whois for that information.

$15 for chavjokes.com - it had 4 uniques a day in march and no chance of making any revenue, its more of a fun website.

No is the answer. It could be easily ranked for 'chav jokes' at #1, which could result in around 100 uniques daily I believe. Currently it's at 20 uniques daily, which is 600 monthly, which can make a few $.

$60 for chavjokes, or $150 for all the joke websites, or $30 each for the rest of them.
