Recently I have seen that 90% of people visitng my sites are coming from MSN search engine. Is anyone else expereincing the same thing? Have people started using MSN more than Google nowadays? If yes, then its a good sign for me :D

It's like that for new sites until G shows some love... then I get 8-10x more visitors from G.

One site that Google totally messed up for me didn't use to get almost any visitors from MSN/Live and Yahoo but now there are more visitors from these SE's than Google!
I THINK that people are finally catching up and find a lot of crap in Google so they go on to SE's where the results are more accurate!
For example. I have a site about cats. In Google they only show my index page and nothing else. In MSN and Yahoo they show not only my index page as a second choice but they also show the php generated page for the exact breed!!!! Now what's that for result? Google can't handle that!!!!

MSN does not drive a lot of traffic but it's easier to get high rankings with them.

me too. I'm getting more than 90 % of my traffic on my Cooking site from MSN.

There's not much I've done on the site for Google and Yahoo, and in terms of getting backlinks for this domain.

But keeping the site updated and continuously adding fresh content to it, as well as keeping it Search Engine Friendly is bringing traffic directly from MSN for some very competitive KWs also :)

    I'm happy about that :D

I also get 60% of my site traffic from MSN as I am listed on number 1 for most of the competitive keywords( I am targetting) for which I am either on #2 or #3 on Google.

MSN is starting to become a viable traffic source and target! I'm getting around 40/40/20 G/M/Y traffic on a few new sites which is converting well. Depends on the niche, however.

The more mainstream non tech based stuff gets a great deal of searches on msn.
