What should it tell you when you are getting a tonne of hits on the order form page (Say 20+), but no sales are coming from it? This is basically the story of my life nowadays. I start promoting a product, and i get a sale right off the bat with my first trickle of traffic. I ramp it up, and then all i get is a tonne of hits on the order form but no more sales. And it isnt shitty traffic because when i say ramp it up, i mean increase my serp placing. So instead of sitting at number 5 in google ill move to number 1, and then get no sales. This even happened with one product, i switched the product out for another one. Made 2 sales within the first 5 hours of switching out. And now im back to a million hits on the order form again.
This is exactly what happening to me. I had a sale within 25 hops for a product and I massively promoted that product and now I have around 200 Order form impressions and around 2000 hops but no more sales apart from the initial sale that I had.
Well I don't know the answer but if it is comfort you I suggest you swich the accounts and see what happens.
Just did that. Got my girlfriend to create an account under her name. And now sending the visitors to a link rotator. So ill see what happens now. Also switched in another different product to see if i get a sale on that before the sales in the others. Like i say for this particular product, i got 6 hops, bam one sale. Then nothing but order form hits. Then i switched out the product. 5 hours later, 2 sales. Then nothing again. So switching it out again may just work . Ill soon run out of products though.
Are those order form impressions or order form submits? 'cuz I'm getting quite a number of order form submits with no sales. It is a little hard to believe that 90% of credit card declines are legit. More likely CB continues to have issues with its payment processing.
Wow.. that is strange.. I too got like 24 order form hits of 1 product.. but did manage 2 sales off it.. is that bad too ?
I gather that. Its just the frequency. And when it all happens. Like i say i can get sales right off the bat. But then nothing but order form hits. And obviously if a product doesnt state its price or leaves out info, then yes people are going to go to the order form and read more info. But the landing pages im using state full well the price and everything like that on the page. So there isnt any reason why 30 people in a row would go to the order form page but yet not order.
