Thanks for the tip, andrej. Strangely enough it never came to my mind to try eBay India. The only down side is that they pay horribly low for new ACRUs ($0 - $1.50). Any other tips anyone?
If you get approved by "XOOM" it might be useful. They have some "Send Money to India" banners for their money transfer service - similar to Western Union. My other idea would be travel if it's india related or if you get approved for affiliates like Emirates Air (Popular in India - UK affiliate), British Air, and others. Some sort of Indian phone card or long distance program is the last thing that comes to mind - but you might have to look outside of CJ for that. Good luck!
