I have developed a real estate website http://www.kerala-re.com and it is live for two years. I have submitted the website with different forums and have lots of external links (anchor links). As you can see in the google search
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rlz=1T4GGLL_enSA305SA305&q=kerala-re.com. But when i search for the valid google recognized links, i can found only one
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rlz=1T4GGLL_enSA305SA305&q=link%3Awww.kerala-re.com&btnG=Search. What could be the reason?

this is what google says about it
    -----------
I have [thousands/several/at least two] links to my site, but when I search on Google it says I have [zero/not that many] links. What gives?

    #number-of-links

If you do a Google search using the link: operator (e.g. [link:www.example.com]), you will see a sampling of pages that link to your site. For a more complete list of pages that link to you, verify your site in Webmaster Tools and then click the Links tab to see the sites that link to you

Try to avoid using the link:domain command in Google search, instead start using the webmasters tools provided by Google this way you can get a clear idea about your website links ;)

However, you need to verify your website first.

the link: domain command has sort of deteriorated and seems dead at times
