Lots of expired domains with Google PageRank available to register right now!

Believe it or not, I am checking the domains manually. It now takes around two hours to produce a single list.

I have yet to find reliable software that can differentiate between real and faked PR. Most of the fake PR checkers on the web also return inaccurate results from time to time, so now I am using two.

I enjoy searching for names and cannot register them all. Publishing the names that I don't take may help others. A name on one of my lists recently sold for $61 on eBay, so there is potential with some of these domains.

I have been publishing lists of available domains on my site since early January. I have picked up some real gems that I wouldn't have found if I wasn't motivated to produce these lists. If you like them, please link to me.

I have only recently started letting DP'ers know about the lists and that's why my rep is low. I have been providing updates on NamePros since January and my rep there is much higher

15th May: the competition for these names is really hotting up. I am feeling the heat without the aid of scripts. Today's list is shorter than normal but does contain some good names, one with ten years continuous archive.org results which is pretty rare.

Great list. What do you use for tracking domains? I might be interested if you have a good list of expired domains (i am talking about those that you don't publish, you read me ).

PM me if you offer such lists in private sale (yes i know, the good ones are hard to grab)

 

Just a word of caution PR checking tool at sem-faq.com you are using is not accurate.
There are some other tools available to check valid PR, don't rely on only this one.I was burned but that is my fault, bought supposed to be pr4 expired domain (not from your list) that tool showed pr as valid but it isn't.

 

I am currently publishing all names that I find, except for the ones I buy. I may begin to produce a premium list in the future, but no plans yet.

 

Thanks for this information. All of the online PR checkers show inaccurate results from time to time. sem-faq.com is the most reliable one available IMO at the moment. If you can recommend other checkers, I would be very grateful.

I double check all domains on my lists with the checker at seologs.com Whilst this checker currently doesn't display values, it still shows a green color for valid PR. To my knowledge, seologs.com is the only checker that can differentiate between some country code domains and generics. For example, all other checkers sometimes show doman.com as genuine, when the ACTUAL genuine PR is coming from a domain such as domain.com.ar

domainpagerank.com is the most unreliable checker at the moment. It occasionally shows valid PR for domains with high fake PR and many other metrics such as backlinks are often way out.

I also check the link popularity where possible of all domains on the list. Any with backlinks only in Google are rejected, even if the PR checkers show as valid, as this is an indicator of fake PR.

Hope this helps . I always advise my visitors to do their due diligence, as these metrics may vary depending on where checked, and especially with time.

I am not using this one at the moment as they have a disclaimer, the following of which is part, 'Warning! Due to the current Google update the tool is not always working properly! It still does show the page rank but does not always show if the page rank is faked.'
