I have a store at Ecrater for my drop ship products. I've created a page at Google pages to direct people to my store. Here it is: http://alittlehoney.googlepages.com I've been using mostly Squidoo and my blog to get traffic going. I have to admit I don't really "get" the social bookmarking sites. How do you get other people to bookmark your sites? Anyway, so far my mom is the only person to buy anything. And the banner ads I put up haven't been clicked. I get excited when I see a visitor count in the double digits. I've been trying to do this with no investment. What could I do for $50, or $100 that I can't do now? Or what could I do for nothing that I can't do now? Let's start there!
People usually bookmarks the page that have unique content and useful information, check if you can do that.
This is the plan I used for my website and it worked for me. 1. I placed ads in free online classifieds, these are the ones I use. http://caklassifieds.com -Site is U.S. based with World Wide traffic, has lifetime ad space and you get a seller profile free. You can even set the Paypal button and make sales right on your ad. http://backpage.com - Site has plenty of traffic. http://webcosmo.com - Good Traffic. http://craigslist.org - site has alot of traffic but you'll have to post often. 2. Join an online forum to get plenty of traffic. I use these. http://forums.digitalpoint.com - This is the best so your in the right place. other cool forums. http://www.webtalkforums.com/index.php... - real good forum. http://www.qdoos.com/showthread.php?t=31 - new forum with good webmasters. 3. Make sure that you answer some question on Yahoo answers. Just answer the questions that lead to your biz, or your type of biz. ( The type of products you sell.) Include your link in the answer and get even more traffic that way. Well that's what I do for good free targeted traffic you'll learn much more in the forums. Don't forget to post your ads for your site in the classifieds I mentioned you can get good fast traffic from them. Good luck!
