LotroEdge.com Official Fansite - MMORPGEDGE.com MMORPG Gaming Site w/Revenue

I have decided to sell my MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games) site. I *was* a self employed designer but have since started a 9-to-5 and no longer have time for article updates and gaming as much as I used to.

The *primary* site of interest here is the one that started it all, an information site and forum for Lord of the Rings Online, This is the one that has been built up and has most of the traffic and revenue.

Due to it's huge success (it's an official fansite), I decided to move it to a new domain so I could expand and make subsites of several other games.

I converted the entire site from a static site to a dynamic site, and properly 301'd EVERYTHIGN over. Traffic is great and up, Google and all Search Engines have already made the proper changes. Here are the details:

EACH of the sub sites has it's own software license for the article and content management system they use. Articles can be added on all sites by a simple admin control panel. You can give accounts to other authors as well to add content.

This is the main overarching domain, and my plan was to add games as sub-domains as they come out, so they can all share the link benefits, PR, SEO, etc. There are sections for hundreds of gaming articles, all put in by hand, and several articles included in it already.

This is the main eggs & bacon of this transaction.
- An official LOTRO fansite
- Large forum (700 members)
- Adsense revenue (multiple months, May was about $400 on adsense, also some revenue about a buck a day from valueclick. Normally about 8-12 a day adsense right now...but not ad heavy pages)
- Over 70 article pages of content
- About 1,000 uniques a day and 6k pageviews on average.
- Completely customized and running on Interspire's ArticleLive NX and super search engine friendly
- Over 1,700 indexed pages on google

Also includes an expensive Newsletter app so you can sign up people across the site to various newsletters and manage it.

The site has huge growth potential, and i'm not enjoying the thoughts of selling it now then wishing i had it back in 3 months, but I have had little time to do much with it, and trying to put the wife through college.
