Lot of sites in Sandbox, will content updates + linkbuilding help?

    Hello friends,

    i have a question; i do have a lot of sites that are in the sandbox, but i wonder if it's worth the time to keep updating my pages with fresh content and keep building on the backlinks. Some sites are "a sleep" for quite some time now, but i want to give them a hole new start by posting every 2 of 3 days new content (5 of 6 lines of "news" about this subject on the frontpage like a blog) but will this help to get them back to the top results they once had?

    I hope to hear some honest opinions on what to do....

    sandbox is a way of preventing spam sites. you have to add pages to your site and build backlinks for your site to show that your site is not a spam site. it's time to give more time to your sandboxed web sites

    speed down the backlink building and give it some time once you're in you have to wait.
