lost ranking

Dear all please suggest me. i lost my rank from google SERP. my site is immigrationattorneyca.com and my keywords is San Jose Immigration Attorney . Could you please some one tell what kind of problem are there ?

Today's SEO is focus on unique c ontent. Gather quality links by building your own private network using 2.0 properties. Also, make sure to diversify your links by using generic keywords such as click here, visit this site, etc. You're only hurting your site if you use the same anchor text all the time.

 

May be it is called some Google dance or any google algorithm's updates.

 

Remember this 3 things, Unique Content, Related Sites and Relevancy, just stick to this 3 things and you will get back your lost ranking

Make sure that the content is not copied from somewhere else as this is one of the biggest issue, write and maintain unique content moreover look for your keywords you are using, add 3,4 more different keywords and also start some with lower case.
Some of the reasons your site got penalty could be:
Low quality content i.e not unique or too short
poor grammer
High bounce rate
Broken links i.e 404 error
Linking with adult/spam sites or irrelevant linking also effect SERPs

 

I'm sorry to hear that. It's possible you got hit by the recent EMD algorithm change. I suggest you look at your site's content. Tweaking them or adding more high quality content to your site might help.

Sounds like you need to beef up the site so that it is much more high quality and has lots of other authoritative sites that recommend it.


Exact match domains in general didn't get nailed, only those that Google felt were low quality.

Post new content everyday on your site. Use high ranking keywords. You can per-mote your website by social bookmarking.
Your site will be back with high rank shortly.

 

It may be EMD update of Google that came on the month of September 2012.

 

I totally agree with you! A lot of people are lazy to create unique content and they just copy it from different sources even they know it will have negative impact on seo.
