    Hello Friends,

I apply 301 redirection on my one page but twice in 15 days. Now My that page properly cached at on 5 may with accurate URL, I ranked at 5 position in Google before my first redirection and ranked at 8 position after second redirection but now i am totally out of rank. And don't know the actual reason of that. Please help me to find out the reason.

    Thanks in Advance

301 redirection will not cause any harm. You should wait another couple of weeks to see whether your ranking comes.

301's don't pass on ALL the link juice, but they do pass most of it. My thoughts are leave it a little while. If the ranking doesn't come back redirect using cannonicals instead.

Agreed with maxholloway on this one. It might also be worth checking your webmaster tools account to see how GoogleBot is viewing the old and new URL. Check for any crawl errors in webmaster tools as well. I'm sure you've checked the 301 has been implemented correctly but a tool I use quite often is Rex Swain's HTTP viewer (search for it in google). It checks the redirect but also shows you the HTML code that is displayed so you can see if there any potential issues (like if it's a 302 or a meta refresh or script redirect).
