Lost PR, gained on SERPs

    So my site recently went down 1 pagerank for each page which I was bummed about. The good news is that I just checked the most popular google searches for my site and my site gained a few spots on most of those searches.

    I'm beginning to think that PR doesn't have that big an impact on my site in terms of placement on google searches. What do you guys think?

    PR is about the backlink but SERP is depend on the keyword and keyword density.
