Lost Password and Incorrect Email

    Can anyone here help? I have lost my password and cannot therefore access DP from my main machine - this one is still (for the moment) logged on which is why I can post.

    When I try to enter my email address to get the password sent to me I get "You have not entered an email address that we recognise"

    I created my account a year or so ago now and really cannot remember the email.

    This has all happened because a few days ago the system told me that after x days I had to reset my password and - stupidly - I forgot to keep a record. Before then, I could remember the pw no trouble.

    The contact the administrator link is disabled and yet - as you can see - I am a valid and active member of DP.
