is it good ? or are there any other better ?
and how can i bring traffic to my marketing site to make sales ?
how to choose the best products ?
what is the methods ( free or paid ) to bring highly pointed and targeted visitors ?

Get some free traffic to get your feet wet, who knows it might brings you thousands in a week. Or you can do PPC but be prepare for try-error-try-error until you find your way to success.
