Lost my rankings...over night!

    So I was ranking top 5 for a pretty good key term, then, two days ago, I jumped back 13,432 pages.
    according to Yahoo, in 1 month, I've gained 400 links. Is this the reason for the jump?

    Also, is it bad to place your site in your sig on dp?

    It happened to me before. I had switched server therefore IP changed and I have switched from static HTML to PHP site. My rank dropped. I have totally expected. I am expecting it to go up and go up even higher eventually.

    hmm - I dropped from #3 to #754 last night too for one of my sites.

    Another one of mine which had been steadily climbing up to page 9 suddenly dropped out of the top 1000 SERPs (although I think this might be the dreaded sandbox, because it's just hit the 2 months old mark...)
