Lost My Photoshop... Could Someone Design Me This Header?

    Can someone please do me a little job using photoshop, or any other good image program?

    I have two pictures, one a header and the other is an image I want to add to the header, so that the newly added image becomes in the middle, transparent, and affected with the header's colour (green). No other colour of the image should be showing except the green hue.

    I just formatted PC and installed new window, but forgot where I placed my photoshop CD, that's why I'm seeking help. If anyone is interested, please contact me.

    Or download and use GIMP in the meanwhile. Bummer to be without a good graphics program.

    Maybe you should've said try using a trial version of photoshop
