Lost my Master key in LR

    I am new to LR, ad forget to save my master key.
    I tried several times, but failed. Now, my LR account is locked temporarily.
    I did try to contact customer service in LR, but can't have any response from them.

    I have 100 LR there, and now got stuck. Please advice.

    LR stands for LibertyReserve. Sorry that I haven't make it clear.

    I do not have Liberty Reserve but just checking their website, I found this

    https://www.libertyreserve.com/EN/services/reset/

    Maybe you can use it.

    I believe it may still be the weekend there and you might want to wait a couple of days before hearing from them.

    I thought the Reset link which I provided is supposed to do just that since it reads "Login PIN/Master Key/Password Reset
    Please use this form to reset you login password, login PIN or master key. "

    Hey, maybe... just maybe.. you still have "successful liberty reserve registration" in you email. There's master key in it. Or after you completed the sign up process they generated a summary of your new account a long with its master key, this file is in jpeg format. Probably you still save it somewhere in your computer.

    I have same problem,try contact many times but no respond.
    Also the reset form did not work,too :(,I have tried many time but always get error.
    -Old accounts have master key in registration email,nearly new accounts dont have this in email.
    So anyone know how to do now :(

    I still have that registration email, bu there is no such personal security information provided in there. Also, I didn't save that jpeg file for backup, as I didn't know the importance of the master key.

    Now, my LR account has been even locked, but still there is no LR customer service to contact me for resolving such issue.

    I really wonder is there is any customer service there.

    Hi poshswinger,

    I have same problem with you,but dont worry more,today I just LiveChat with one operator,and he said he would reset my master key.

    I think their support system had errors,so they could not reveice emails from customers.When you ask them reset your master key,they will ask you give some informations,like email,secret answer,d.o.b, etc..then they will reset your MK within 24h

    But the worst thing is I have provided a random DOB, since I don't want to disclose the real information to someone I am not too familiar with.

    I also want to discuss with the Live Chat, and always find it is in offline status.
