Assuming that you used Paypal, why not send an email to the email address you sent a payment to?

DP is not responsible for the deals you make, unless they are with DP.

It's like asking google to refund you your time, because you can't find the thing you are searching for.

DP staff cannot let a member slide because he is doing business with other members, the rules are holistically enforceable.

You take risks any time you buy anything and especially over the internet from some person you haven't met.

The truth is, DP is not responsible for you hiring a poor worker. You should be more discerning next time. If they act like someone who may get banned, don't take the risk.

How do you figure that. I'm new here. But seriously how is the owner of Digitalpoint responsible for a deal you make that he never saw, nor has anything to do with. If you paid the guy via paypal. His paypal address is in your recs, you can just send an e-mail to him.

I don't see what your problem is?

    Thanks,

We do not communicate with banned members on another member's behalf. It's your responsibility to get off-site contact info up front when you engage in a business deal. End of story.
