Actually when I'm selling digital item for over 250 , I always ship a contract of a sale. That helps

Prepare contract for your digital products , and when you're selling something notify the buyer that you need ship contract to him ( to the paypal verified address ).

    Wish you luck next time

If you have an business enitity I guess you can always write off the losses. Although it's not the same as making the same amount but at least you can lower your taxes somewhat.

PayPal and Google checkout don´t have to do ANYTHING with CC-chargebacks. These are done by the issuing banks and not by payment processors.

yes I know that Chargeback is done by the card's provider...

after getting scammed several times, i learn alot about chargeback and that is why now i am able to stop chargeback from any CC no matter what using paypal....:) but this is not all, i can even stop a paypal reversal no matter what:D and then i can kick those frauds that use stolen paypal...:D

That's the risk when accepting credit card payments. The only payment processor that has no chargeback policy is e-gold. But they are a pain to fund and withdraw from.

You CAN stop this from happening. When you make a sale send a letter using ups with the virtual goods on them. Ship it off after a sale and boom your saved.

I think paypal is ebay's product, so they will chargeback any payment that you do for ebay products

You need to encode and license your scripts that way if someone tries to do something like this you deactivate their license:)

    2 good licensing systems....

    PHPAudit.com
    Ionolicensing.com

And the ONLY encoder i would recommend using is ioncube and i see you use that;)

I actually have my own licensing system which i'm hoping to make public once perfected. Only problem is with ioncube, it can still be decoded (using the online encoder).

If you use Ioncube windows application and encode your script in php5 it can't be decoded as far as i know. Ioncube is the best encoding solution as zend guard is useless now because of the decoders for it around.

And about the license system I'm interested in it. Any chance I could see a demo or some screenshots?:)

Right now it's still in development and i'm thinking about changing the GUI of the whole thing. But sure, i can give you a little screenshot of what it's like now.
