Lost Group Expert Badges within a private big FB group

    We are having an issue where when we set up a new group, with around 300 users, we initially can add Group Experts but after a week or two they drop off and completely vanish from the option list in the badges section. We have submitted numerous Group Support requests and had no luck/no reply from FB. I cannot find a single other complaint about this on the internet. Does anyone have any insight for us please as it is a real problem that we need to solve urgently. Thank you so much.
