Has anyone lost a cheque before? I mean you never got it. My cheque hasn't arrived yet and CJ isn't responding.
last months check was late, but i still got it (i actually have DD)... sorry to hear you haven't received yours
I've never had a check get lost before (I do direct deposit now anyway), but the best way to take care of this is by calling CJ - their phone number is listed at http://www.cj.com/about/contact.html . Calling them in situations like this usually helps resolve the issues. Calling them about small problems, though, will just annoy them... but I always advocate giving them a call - that way, you know that somebody actually hears about your issue if email is slow.

You have to pay $25 as reissued fee according to CJ TOS. So, only request if you are sure the cheque (check) is lost. If may just a delay.
