Did you do anything recent to it, on-page or off-page? Are you using any spammy tactics?

maybe because you have thousands of pages with very similar titles that have very similar content on them

Egads. I went to check out your site to see if I could help you and I was bombarded by popups. And I'm using two popup blockers! I ran away.

All I can recommended without looking at you site is that you file a reinclusion request with Google.

Sorry to say that I use 2 popup blockers. Still I get popups. I think that must be the reason Google remove you from the index.

i'm sorry about the popups ... there's one in each page. maybe i should make it one to for each visitor.
does popups are really a reason for being removed from search results?

I'd agree with chachi about all pages being the same.

site:fussycodes.com shows 2 of 10,000+ results. When repeating the search with the omitted results included, I didn't see anything unique that needed to be listed along with the original 2 results.

If any of those pages actually have unique content, you might want to make it stand out by using real descriptions of each page in the title, rather than stuffing every page title with the same string of random keywords. Maybe add a brief (and accurate) description to each page, as well.

    Triple egads!

In addition to being really really aggrivating the pop-ups/unders are also a violation of the Adsense TOS:
    https://www.google.com/adsense/policies?sourceid=asos&subid=ww-ww-et-resource_box&medium=link
All of your pages have gone supplemental - most likely for two reasons:
    1. Not enough content on the pages, and
    2. You have a lot of duplicate pages because of session ids i.e., two URLs pointing to the same page http://www.fussycodes.com/onlineicon_91.html and
    http://www.fussycodes.com/onlineicon_91.html?sid=477178738ec4c615a59049fc920dbfb8

Given the lack of content on your pages I don't think a re-inclusion request will help. If it was me I would go back and combine 5-10 pages onto one page, make unique title/description meta tags and return a 404 error code for the old pages.

It's painful when it happens (and its happened to me before) but the best thing to do is fix the problems and then move on to other projects and hope that it gets resolved over time.

i guess google doesn't mean that you can display ads on pages with pop ups.
but it means that you cant display ads on popped up pages.
    am i wrong?

    1. Dont place adsense on pages with popups.
    2. Check the title, description, keywords of the pages. They should be unique, so as the content.
    3. Submit to 100s of free directories to have your site deep crawled after you make these changes.
