Lost all my site data, can i relaunch by posting all the articles again?

About a month ago, the hosting for my site ended and by the time i realized it, the hosting company had deleted all the data as well. So now i am left with nothing but 15 of the 30 posts i had on my site. Now if i buy the hosting again and put the same articles on the site again, will i be able to get the same number of visitors and google ranking back?

What is the best way to proceed with this? Should i simply buy the hosting again and post my articles again? Duplicate content?

Yes, I'd buy the hosting again, use the same software you used before, and re-post making sure you use the same URL.

No guarantee if you'll get the same number of visitors. And it's quite possible that you've lost rankings at Google. But you can get that back.

I'd also suggest signing up for Google Webmaster Tools which will give you loads of information like what URLS they are looking for and cannot find, so you can try to recreate those posts.

Now my webmaster tools account will not let me view the site stats askingme to verify first that i own the site. For the last 20 days it has been trying to locate the verification file which it does not find since i don't have the hosting anymore.
