I found a .gov pr10 blog where I posted a comment and link which was was approved by a moderator but then the next day after it was approved, it was deleted! I was so happy, because that was my first time actually trying to do some serious link building and it was the perfect score for a link building newbie but I guess it wasn't meant to be. Any tips for .gov or .edu sites? I am have a hard time getting these backlinks...
If you even found a PR10 .gov domain, I'll eat my hat. If you found a PR10 .gov domain which allowed open commenting, then I'll eat my hat, excrete it then eat it - again and again!
Haha... I did in fact and plan on posting to it again after a little while with a different domain. And before your post gets moderated, they actually put it live with a title under it that says something like "to be moderated or something" but your link is still live... I pinged it but google didnt crawl it fast enough because it was approved and then deleted within about 30 hr time frame and Google is sooo slow.
Think of all that link juice flowing, oh yeah! Add your sites to my directory if you know whats good for you... This VVVVVVVV is what I was trying to get on the PR10 .gov
Uh, http://www.usa.gov/ is a valid pagerank 10 government website... Now, what type of hat will you be eating? Cowboy, baseball, or trucker? Oh, and http://www.hhs.gov/ is pr10 too.. So two hats...
Yeah I found a whole bunch and got links on a PR 9 .gov and a PR 7 .gov SCORE... still wasnt that perfect 10 but no use crying about it now!
How long does it take google to find these links...? I have been posting backlinks for 2 full days now and google webmaster tools still has no data on me other than 2 google pluses and analytics has my traffic coming in.... they have no backlinks listed for me when I try to use back link checking tools...
