    Friend of mine sent in 15 consecutive emails over a period of 2-3 weeks without a reply. She started legal action plus disputing payment of AW with her CC company. Low & behold out of the blue she gets an email saying they've (AS) decided to relent and would pay her her earnings from arbi.

    That's pretty harsh, these types of things can go either way and it's almost impossible to tell what G will do in this situation. My advice is to send them an email with as much possible information proving your innocence as you can. Good luck.
