I've also sent a well thought-out email to google.

 

Since they have not mentioned any thing about you doing fraud,u were sure to get it.

There is a very strong chance that you will be paid, as long as they've not warned you before. I and many others received that same email in May/June this year. And we were all paid. Many times that amount in mine & several other cases. And I was even re-instated

But the best thing to do is contact Adsense for clarification. But if they say it was click fraud, then your fresh out of luck.

Well i think you are going to be paid. You account wasn't closed for illegal activity, it was closed because you and google don't.."fit together". I think ur going to get your money, keep us posted!

sharky, not all arbitrage is good traffic, ask yourself why google is banning people who do it.

 

After reading through this thread, I think this is the most concise, realistic reply so far.

There's a very GOOD reason arbitrage is not looked at nicely by Google. It shouldn't be hard to figure out why.

Arbitrage is not against Google's TOS. It's the kind
of websites you use that counts.

Let this be a warning to those people that still use
Made For Adsense sites and don't provide value for

information the searcher asks for. But if your website
displays nothing but ads, chances are that your account

gkgk11 - this name is pretty familiar. Are you the under age guy (<16) who started two threads ($100 a day / $200 a day with adsense)? Read those posts and thought how could it be that your earning was growing exponentially. Arbitrage!

my ban letter said :
"Specifically, we've found that you have been
placing unwanted advertisements on www.craigslist.org driving traffic
to pages that primarily feature Google ads. As a result, we have
disabled your account."

which means, I'll add more content to fill the "primarily feature google ads" issue, and create a quick landing page with a redirect so google doesn't see CraigsList as my referrer. then get myself a blogspot account and bada-bing-bada-bang im back in business...

ALSO another thing i think that threw up some flags, i used an account that went from zero dollars a day to $100 a day in adsense earnings... that might have made me a target for banning

How long does it take google to respond to messages! I've sent emails, an appeal, and a support request. Haven't recieved a single reply since I was disabled. Has adsense replied to you within the past few days? Or are they not repling to me because they are trying to get out of paying me?

Yes I'm that guy, it will be well worth it if I get paid becuase Its a profit of $5000.

 

That won't get you around someone reporting you for posting-spam, though. When Google manually checks it out, they'll see the redirect.
