If the majority of your revenue was from your proxy site, its not a shock. Adsense is dumping proxy sites like wildfire, and thats why you see everyone trying to sell them. One bad site ruins your account, and proxy sites are account killers.

Arbitrage is not looked on very keenly by google. You should have realised they were taking more stricter actions against people trying to manipulate the advertisers.

 

Arbitrage will be illegal when publisher bring visitors with misunderstanding method , for example using adwords Title > "Bikini Gallery" .. then visitors will get "london mortages" page .... huh a few worst bikini visitors are clicking that london mortgages ads just look at that , they are not a buyer.

the fact is that arbitrage can generate crappy traffic, and google is banning people for it.

yes, gkgk11 needs to come clean and show us the content of his adwords ads, and the topics that his sites covered... are the ads relevant to the site content?
