Lost $560 from my PayPal. Need Help

I did exchange with a member for $560 from my PayPal.
But now he is not sending me the money.
I also open a Dispute in Google. But i Lost.

What to do. How to get my money back.
Please Help me

 

If you have opened a dispute then you should wait for paypal reply,
if seller has amount in his account then paypal will return you the money and if seller has no money in his paypal account then you loss.

 

you can complain to CS of paypal that ask to refund, coz you pay for nothing, or something like that

file a dispute with this seller, on paypal. I wonder, why you file a dispute in google, and why you lost.

 

Its weird that you posted "opened a dispute in paypal". You must open a dispute like seller is fraudential or yoour payment was unauthorized. Ofcourse you'll be refunded unless u are unlucky

 

Paypal is a bit easy to make reversal out of your money, you should make sure your trader is trustworthy and make transactions no more than $200 at a time to minimize risk.

How did you manage to open dispute with google? you should do it through paypal

 

I wonder why you dispute money in google instead of paypal? I guess you need to do dispute in paypal instead rather than in google right?

 

Take your loss and use google checkout.

 

Keep contacting paypal. Don't give up but at the moment why don't you just head over to moneybookers they don't have as much *****sh as paypal does.

You probably not telling us what happened given that you went to Google for dispute resolution. I don't see how Google is related to Paypal. What ever your reason, wait till you get a response from Paypal before you take another action.

This is one main reason why dp banned exchange facilities provided. You are always at 101% risk doing such transactions. Stay away from such things in future.

 

What happens if you lose a dispute and you have to refund someone, but there is no money in the account to be refunded? It`s the account getting suspended or what ? What`s the worst scenario that could happen ?

 

liberty reserve is the best, i have no problem with liberty reserve yet since i start selling online, dont do business with gaypal, they steal your money

 

if u have open dispute then u need to prove urself and if he has money then u will get ur cash if he do not have then buy a gun find his address and kill him.

Your account goes in Negative Balanace and if you dont pay it they start sending you latters to your house to pay it and eventually you will get a solicitors letter. it happened with me but I was only robbed for $65 so it wasnt this bad.

 

and after all this if you still don`t pay?
