    It is worth reg fee at the minute as it is undeveloped....get a site running, promote it, get PR, earn revenue and then it will be worth something to someone else ;)

    Same here. You can't expect a name to triple in value just because you registered it. Remember, that name has sat there unregistered for 15+ years for a reason.

    You put a site to it and get it some links and you might add value.

    But right now, my valuation is Reg Fee
