Hello Suddenly pages indexed on Google has going down and i don't know why. So i have a blog with images and unique description. But i have on Pinterest over 100.000 followers. Did maybe Pinterest has made problem for my indexed pages? Because i was heard before, that Google not like too much traffic from social media sites. Is that true?
The possible reasons for this are either you've violated the webmaster's guidelines or made some mistakes in the code. As you've said that the pages were indexed and suddenly deindexed by Google. So, it may be because of any algorithm update (violation of webmaster's guidelines, may be thin or copied content, spammy or irrelevant links to the webpage etc.). Before doing anything just login into the Search Console and check for manual actions or other penalties by Google. It's a myth. Social media traffic has nothing to do with deindexing of webpages but the traffic from irrelevant or phishing sites can do (again spammy or irrelevant links to the webpage).
There were a few Google updates, among them Link Spam Update. Not sure if your webseite has a lot of spam. If yes you shoould rebuild the page.
Google updates algorithm often, so you might have gotten flagged after an algorithm update. I remember back in 2012 after the Penguin update, my website lost thousands of visitors a day.
Over time you loose Links pointing to you, other sites with similar content become better, or you have a searchterm which enjoys popularitiy and more and more people copy what you have. Many reasons as long as no domain name comes forward.
Is your blog only images with short descriptions? If so, that would be the main reason as Google doesn't see value in indexing them. Did this happen after Google's Helpful Content Update rolled out? Pinterest traffic wouldn't cause deindexation of content.
Yes, only have image title and description is very less on other images. Yes,now i see that maybe because images not have example 2 sentences, then he will de-index those links. Maybe that is a main reason.
