    Yeah I saw this before, its crazzy..The surgery changes his life around, now he looks like someone who goes to the gym 24/7 all buff and what not..

    That is amazing. But I would rather workout than get an operation unless I had no other option.

    That is insane. I wonder how much the skin weighed. He prob lost alot more after it was removed. But props to him, what he did was very hard.
