Operations

I decided to sell this blog as I have absolutely no time to maintain it and decided to direct my efforts into other projects, yet I shamefully admit, it requires very little maintenance. Vest majority of the monetization is automated - the purchasing is set up through PayPal and is fully automated. Sponsors will contact you on a daily basis asking for sponsored posts/ links/banners. We refuse all the non-organic niches, but it will be up to the new buyer, who to accept and who to reject. As this blog isn't my primary source of income, I was able to allow myself to refuse most of the advertising offers, so the approx. $300 we make monthly through this blog, is about 70% of the potential.

All our customers are interested in Photoshop, design, photography, and art. Please refer to our Google Analytics for a better and deeper insight into the traffic sources, interests and bounce rates.

Financials

As I already mentioned, our visitors are buying our own products (PSD files & Photoshop actions) and our affiliate products we promote on a regular basis. The buyer will receive a list of all the products and websites we promote that has proven successful throughout the past years. The revenue used to be about $600-500 last year and slowly declined to about $300, as I had absolutely no time to add new material, tutorial, reply to emails or engage in any maintenance whatsoever. Life got in a way, I had other projects and the revenue from LoreleiWebDesign.com declined in the background. I don't want to make promises and tell any potential buyer (like most sellers do) that if you'd only dedicate 20 minutes a day to this website, you will begin to see unearthly profits within a few days. I will be honest, and tell you that this website is sold "as is". Although it's likely that in good hands this website has the big potential (SEO and traffic), and you will be able to double or triple the revenue, I can only speak about the current financial situation.

Many of you may ask, why we don't use Adsense. No, this website, nor my account in general, isn't banned from Google Adsense program, yet every attempt to profit from this partnership failed; I never wanted to staff visitors with ads in their face (aka the "top position") and adding a banner somewhere in he footer hardly ever generated clicks, so I gave up on the idea of PPC networks many years ago. Nonetheless, this domain isn't blacklisted, so if the new owner decides to experiment with PPC - you are more than welcome.
