    Why google should rank such a poor site?
    Improve your site design, make it user-friendly, add more content.

    About the backlinks, don't spam to get backlinks.. when you finished the above (design, content, user-friendly), make a new php page: recommend us/me

    Something like: ''Do you like our service? link to our/me website. Copy-paste our/my link on your website. Thanks''

    You'll get natural/fair/real backlinks to your site.

    apart from the tips given by people above , i would want you to focus on less competitive keywords too .Use the google adwords tool .It has worked fantastic for me .I have got so many top places for keywords and increased traffic .
