Loosing SERP in Google and no indexed content because of some foolish site

Someone is copying my site content and submit to stupid site including the title, meta description, keywords and content!

We are deeply worried coz they are copying the most important part of our content!

I will mention some of my topics copied by [watsap].[com] soon.

I think watsap is spam blog or site!

They copy the title, meta decription and keyword.
They have no site privacy and disclaimer.

Before they were using Adsense of Google now they are monetizing their blog with BIDVERTISER ADS.

56 percent of our site traffic has dropped because of that domain!

We don't submit that articles to them...

None of our staff and members submit content to that site. They just copy and copy!

Google considers them as blog coz you can find them on blogsearch and Google considers them as a news delivering site as they appear on news search.

We are deeply worried to this situation, what legal opt we can do to this matter and do we need contanct Google about this matter?

We are not just victims thousands of Filipino owned blogs and foreign blogs were victims of this [watsap] they monetize their site with that strategy and we are loosing traffic!

    need your reply...

Send them a cease and desist letter if they don't respond send DMCA requests to Google and all the other big search engines. Also contact bidvertiser and let them know they are using your stolen content.

You have to take charge and let the thieves know you mean business.

Report the content thief to google... or Try to contact them.. who are copying your content....
Making Unique content is a tough job.. they cant just copypaste your content...
SCREW them by Reporting their site...

Google will drop their Ranking or Bann them from their search result...

Also report them as soon as possible to their web hosting company
They'll suspend their account for copyright infrigement
Check their hosting by using a who.is service

Notify the hosting company they are on.

Contact G! there's and specific URL for this just don't remember where at.

    Send them an C&D letter.

Is your site in question an blog as well? Then you have the option to RSS the summary rather than full text.

Also deny there IP like the above poster mentioned. (Only an quick fix)

The above advised solutions might work, but the most important defense for such attacks is to build your website trust rank & authority with in the search engines by building more and more backlinks as much as you can from quality, related with high PR backlinks ;)

I just replied now because theres no electricity since yesterday at our local district!

    They = [watsap]
    Their = [watsap]

This is so so irritating... Yesterday my staff posted Pinoy Mesothelioma-What is it?

    the result was

    Mozilla Result while searching:

    Opera Result while searching:

Why Google never cached the page where it was placed on our website?

Why those who copy, they benefit much? See Google crawled their page easily?

This is so so irritating! Huhuhu

They copy every post entry and they benefit!

    waaaa why this things happens?

They are stealing our content and visitors..

Some say they are social bookmark site...

But you can not see any page declaring what is their site purpose...

We are loosing traffic because of that [watsap]!

    They use Google Adsense see:

    Google Cached entry

They use Bidvetiser ads, Blogbank ads, and Kontera ads!

They earn much money out of our post and and they get traffic and they steal our visitors!

You may try to protect your content by using Copyscape .

It might help to some extent as it won't be bot driven then.:)
