    Hello Forums member

Day-by-day I am loosing current keyword position from Google. Previously I was in under 20 now I am 60th position on Google. I have submitted my website regularly in 50-60 directories & link exchange with PR 3 website.

I don't know currently Google has changes algorithm or not. Please suggest me how to gain top 10 position in Google.

You may want to re-look into your site's content value. Are you constantly changing content and including interesting elements for your users? Backlinks are important but with the data fresh and algo updates every now and then, content quality becomes as important.

True... Back links plays a big role in SEO but it is not everything. Google also pays good value to your content and on-site optimization.

The answer to his question was in his post. It likely has nothing to do with his content. Yes maybe that could be improved but not likely hurting him much.

Mate it is your links. Try getting quality links instead of directory links. Directory links are okay but overtime they lose value especially if the directory is popular and gets lots of new submissions. If your rankings are founded on directory links you will likely lose them. Work on getting quality backlinks and creating linkbait that will encourage other webmasters to link to you. Linkbait would be content or tools which are unique and which other webmasters will want to link to. Good luck!
