I did not say that. You did. Said, "terrorist religion", not "Islam", not "Muslim". Again, I ask in all sincerity, are you mentally retarded, or do you lack proper reading skills or both? You've even directly quoted what I said, several times, why do you find a different meaning? There are places that can help, if you truly are suffering from some type of reading deficiency. I can point you in the right direction if you would like. Admitted what? That I do not like terrorists? That I would not hire one? I think it is a bit simple minded and extremely bigoted to assume that when someone refers to a terrorist religion that they are some how referencing Islam or Muslims. Timothy MeVeigh was a terrorist, and he was not Muslim, or Islamic. To me, he was still a terrorist. Standing by my convictions, I would have to say I no more cared for his existence than any other terrorist. Again, you are looking for something you not going to find. Saying "terrorists" or "terrorist religions", is a label? label for whom; what? You assume that every terrorist is Islamic and or Muslim. I do not. There is the difference. It must be an absolute terror living in your altered state of consciousness. Get help. I certainly am, aren't I?
Hi Edz, it's been a handful of days since I've last seen you here Hope things are going well for you!
I'm doing allright Nice discussion going on here Did you pass the shovel along? Got tired? Since someone is digging and deep... I'm off again
So which religion were you talking about when you said - and I quote? http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=1147611&postcount=299 Which terrorist religion did you mean? You see I don't generalise, I don't believe there are any 'terrorist religions' only religions that unfortunately have terrorists
Thank you for seeing my post for what it was. This last statement has me a bit perplexed though. I never made threats to yo-yo's family, nor have I made an "admittal" as you described. I'd be careful here. This thread will end up closed if it goes in that direction...
"terrorist religion" is merely a metaphor for any religion that a terrorist group and or terrorist individuals uses to back and justify their beliefs. This could be anything from tree worshipers to satan worshipers. Do I really need to continue? This is getting boring. Reminds me of the constant, "but why dad" over and over again "but why dad" rantings of my 3 year old. At least he stops at "because I said so!".
Actually, that's yet another very mis-informed post from MattUK. Let's step into the real world, shall we? Laws only have impact when there is an authority to enforce them. If you can't enforce the laws, then they are totally meaningless. There is so little real respect for "international law" that the term has no practical meaning. Perhaps you'd care to learn something real world about a topic before deciding to contribute? It makes you look soooooo stupid otherwise! Maybe if the rest of the world paid a little more attention to them, then the U.N. would have some shred of credibility.
Nope, everyone else seems to realize Matt is lying and grasping for straws. Just give him the last word and he'll shut up, like any good narcissist
No I'm happy to carry on, I know Mia will never reveal his true opinions as he still has some realisation that they're wrong. It's just goot to make everyone else aware of them. Remember this Latehorn http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=111356 Even you felt shame enough to remove your post. I guess you guys know your opinions are shamefull after all
Actually I have, and you have helped continuously by repeatedly quoting me. I'm of the very strong opinion that terrorists are bad. Care to share with us why this bothers you?
Nice try, but the Geneva Convention does not apply to enemy combatants, or terrorists. Seems your country is guilty of much the same currently.
Yes, the UK is also guilty of much, thankfully Tony Blairs days are numbered. I think you find that's specifcally who it applies to http://www.unhchr.ch/html/menu3/b/91.htm Is this not a war on terrorism?
So why does it bother you so much when the US and Israel are fighting terror. Oh ... and the UK as well btw. What exactly is the point that you're trying to make?
Can you show me the posts where I've voiced any objections to fighting terror? I'm making several points. 1. All muslims are not terrorists - any religion cann't be generalised as such 2. Celebrating the death of civilians on either side is wrong 3. Neither side in this conflict is completely innocent 5. There are failiures of the international community that should be highlighted
