I noticed alot of sites not allowed, due something else now, and I'm wondering, does this actually work?

I noticed some sites that are accepted, for instance, Anime sites, they have google ads on the main page, but not on pages that contain the anime itself.

    Is this allowed? For example:

    Home Page - Google Ads
BlahBlah Episode 1 - No Google Ads
BlahBlah Episode 2 - No Google Ads

"Website publishers may not display Google ads on web pages with content protected by copyright law unless they have the necessary legal rights to display that content."

But remember, google reserves the right to terminate an account at any time, for any reason. Just because you see another site doing something, it doesn't mean it is allowed. A publisher can apply with one site and then place ads on any site they own as long as it complies with the adsense tos. Google doesn't check each site automatically and it can take time before someone actually looks at the site to see if it is within the tos.
