    Hey
I done a few searches in overture, and came out with some really strange results. When I typed in a really broad word I found some really long searches,
searches that were about 10 - 15 words long. Some were just repeats of words, some were not. Are these searches relevent or what
    Cheers

Some of these may simply be other webmasters checking rankings on their pages.

I've seen this, too. In one case the top few searches for a keyword look like this:

    156311 [keyword]
    29563 [long obscure search string]
    14577 [long obscure search string]
    13190 [long obscure search string]
    13084 [long obscure search string]
    11700 [legit keyword variation]
    10839 [legit keyword variation]

It's pretty odd, and I've been wondering what those are due to.

    Cheers guys,
I think then it may be worth throwing a site or two up to capture these searches, if they are proper searches...
    Thanks

It's strange to see that 20k plus searches for some obscure phrase. I guess it's an automatic search.

I thought they redefined the word long tail.
