Looooong time to process feeds

    My datafeeds are usually processed with in hour or so of uplaoding a new one. I uploaded 2 feeds (different stores) at 10:30am on the 27th and at 11:35am on the 29th they have still not been processed.

    Are these thing done manually? I was under the impression their system was automated.
