Loaded cash converts well but requires you to provide consistent traffic to keep your money at a good rate, and as always has some terms and conditions: " Pay Per Click: Up to $1.50 per unique. Webmasters are paid up to $1.50 for every unique visitor sent to our dating sites, according to the campaign's ratio of uniques to free members chart, A unique visitor is counted as unique in a 24 hour period and is from a country that we can successfully bill. 2.5% of a given campaign's free members must convert to a paid membership in order for that campaign to qualify for the Pay Per Click program. If the campaign does not meet the required 2.5% ratio the campaign will automatically be paid according to the Pay per Signup Program. " Loaded cash is much better for pay per sign up from my experience, dating gold is the best for PPC followed by AFF if you can keep to their traffic quality terms.

datinggold sent me check previous month..but when i ask them to change my payment to paypal...from then still waiting for payment..for last month..Sent them 2 mails..no answer..
DatingGold no longer support paypal as a payment type, this is because paypal doesn't do business with any company's that provide adult content of any type.
Just a quick recommendation, look through Commision Junctions list of offers. I'm not into the dating niche, but I know they have a ton of offers on their website for dating.

I agree with Dave that Dating Gold is the one to try. All of the ones he mentioned have their positives and negative points, but I prefer Dating Gold simply because you don't have to maintain any sort of conversion ratio. Too many free's and not enough sales will get you banned or they will ask you to stop promoting, Pay per sale is where the real money is especially with recurring programs like PimpMansion, you get paid 75% on initial order + 50% on every rebill.... that walks all over pay per lead programs IMHO.
