    1. US Location E3+ Series Server ( Dallas or Seattle )
    2. 12GB + DDR3
    3. PURE SSD ( min 30 GB required )
    4. 1Gbps port
    5. light speed / APC with Varnish cache or Nginx with APC
    6. Daily backup ( we prefer R1soft )
    7. Prefer 60 min response SLA
    8. payment Monthly Paypal subscription
    9. Migrate our Activecollab to your server and fine tune requirement, config,etc to ensure working properly with amazing speed.
