Well your post seems to confuse me a bit. You are looking for people to work, but you say you won't be paying! Instead you can arrange other things. Can you mention what do you mean by other things. And if its just going to take sometime, then why not just post the details here and find a freelancer... Anyways, I am a designer and would like to know what kinda Graphic Design work are you looking to get done. Thanks
