Looking vBulletin skin designer

    I need a designer for a forum, i will gonna ask the following:

    1. Custom layout
    2. 3 Iterations on approved design
    3. Installation
    4. Custom icons
    5. Logo design
    6. The design must be compatible with latest version of vBulletin

    I have the vBulletin instaled , i will need a portofoliu of your previous work, some examples of what you did.I will gonna pay 25% from the agreed price upfront, also you need to have a rep on this forum.
