    I've just recently finished a major project of mine and I am in search for a new owner for my recently launched forums.

    The directory business is very lucrative and they are plenty of ad spots still available to make a very solid monthly income from these forums.

    Reason for owner switch:     I have 0 time to spend each day adding threads and content to the forum while balancing school and my other major directory.

    Can those advertisers cancel at any time or are they in a sustained contract?

    Also, how much will a vbulletin licence cost?
    What is the cost of keeping the forum running at the moment?

    Yes, they can. However, they have already prepaid for a month and all are scheduled to renew next month automatically.

    Vbulletin license is $85/year.

    Cost for running the forum = $0.

    A Quick Fact:

    At current rates, there is $700+ worth of advertising on the site at the moment for rent. So the possibly of decent revenue is there.
