Looking to switch away from Cubics. Can anyone suggest a good Facebook Ad Provider?

I run a series of small apps on Facebook that currently gather about 40-60k impressions a day. Right now, I am using Cubics/Adknowledge to post ads on my apps, but I can't help but feel like I'm getting a bad deal. For example, the site doesn't tell me how much I've made some days, my earnings for December has been pending all week(with no word from my bank on getting the deposit), and no one answers my calls. Also, at this point, my CPM can change daily anywhere from $.40-$1.00. While this isn't terrible, I find it hard to believe so many startups and apps, can stay in business on ads alone without hundreds of thousands of users each day. Google Analytics says I get about 17,000 users a day, so while I doubt I qualify for any of mainstream, invite only companies, I think that's substantial enough for some better treatment. Can anyone recommend a better ad service?

For anyone wondering, here's a list of Facebook's accepted ad providers:

P.S. I'd also be open to using CPC instead of CPM. I used to CPA through CPALead, which is a great company, but I don't think they work as a long term business, plan, especially on Facebook apps.

from my experience with cubics, you may want to make sure you are using their iframe tags. also, i know their payments go out "the week after the 1st", so they should be complete at the end of this week. good luck with your search!

Thanks, I'll try switching to iframe tags, since the thing stops working for several hours each day now. At least they paid me, but I still can't help but feel there's a better service out there.
